Let’s continue to blame Bush…

October 5, 2009

Because it’s easier than taking responsibility.

It’s been about 9 months now since the Obama regime  has been in office and the administration continues to blame any thing and every thing that goes wrong on former president Bush.

How long is Obama going to continue doing this??

Two interesting articles below. The first one is Michelle’s pitch for the Chicago Olympics,  including a small slip about sitting on her dad’s lap at 20 yrs of age. But I guess you gotta do what you gotta do to sell it.

These people need to wake up now and start taking responsibility.

Tall tale of the day: The First Lady’s weird Olympic memory

From Michelle Obama’s failed pitch to the International Olympic Committee:

“Some of my best memories are sitting on my dad’s lap, cheering on Olga and Nadia, Carl Lewis, and others for their brilliance and perfection.”

Um. Ew. Oof.

Mrs. Obama was 20 years old when Lewis first competed in the Olympics in 1984.

President Obama could not undo in one year the resentment against America that President Bush and others built up for years.”

So claim some famous and some notso famous Chicagoans is the reason the Windy City lost its bid for the 2016 Olympics Friday.

And the Chicago Sun-Times was more than willing to quote them all on Saturday:

“There must be” resentment against America, the Rev. Jesse Jackson said, near the stage where he had hoped to give a victory speech in Daley Center Plaza. “The way we [refused to sign] the Kyoto Treaty, we misled the world into Iraq. The world had a very bad taste in its mouth about us. But there was such a turnaround after last November. The world now feels better about America and about Americans. That’s why I thought the president’s going was the deal-maker.”
